AGENDA DATE: November 21st, 2023
ACTION REQUESTED: Requesting to approve a notice for request for proposal.
BACKGROUND: The purpose of this RFP is to seek a MOUD (Medications for Opioid
Use Disorder) partner that can provide services within the jail and prepare those to be
released to have follow up services within the county, or in other communities across the
state of Washington or as needed.
INTERACTION: The Kittitas County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office has reviewed and
approved this amendment.
RECOMMENDATION: Request to approve the proposal for MOUD Program based
on the FY23 COSSUP Grant Funding
