RESOLUTION NO. 2023-_______
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AMENDMENT OF THE JULY 15, 2021, CAPITAL
IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM CONTRACT WITH HOPESOURCE
WHEREAS, Kittitas County and HopeSource, a 502c(3) private non-profit organization,
entered into a contract for a Capital Improvement Project on July 15, 2021.
WHEREAS, Kittitas County and Hopesource desire to amend the terms of that contract.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, The Kittitas County Board of County
Commissioners authorizes execution of the attached contract amendment with
HopeSource, all other terms and conditions of the July 15, 2021, agreement
remain in full force and effect.
