KITTITAS COUNTY <br />Board of County Commissioners <br />STAFF REPORT <br />DATE: November 7, 2023 <br />ACTION REQUESTED: Consider approval of a Resolution Authorizing Execution <br />of an amendment to an Interlocal Agreement between <br />KITTCOM and Kittitas County for an exchange of <br />services. <br />BACKGROUND: At a meeting of its Administrative Board on October 12, <br />2023, KITTCOM adopted Amendment Number Three to its <br />Governing Agreement, which must be ratified by a <br />majority of the legislative bodies of all parties to the <br />agreement. <br />INTERACTION: The Prosecutor's Office was directed to draft the attached <br />resolution adopting the third Amendment to KITTCOM's <br />Governing Agreement. <br />RECOMMENDATION: Approve the resolution and amended Interlocal <br />Cooperation Agreement that are attached. <br />ATTACHMENT: Resolution to Authorize Execution of an Amendment <br />to an Interlocal Agreement Titled "KITTCOM's <br />Governing Agreement." <br />LEAD STAFF: Jesse J.
