BUDGET MEETING MINUTES
BOCC AUDITORIUM ROOM, 205 WEST 5TH ROOM 215 - ELLENSBURG
Thursday 1:00 PM October 5, 2023

1. Call to order: 1:01pm
2. Citizen Comments (1 min. time limit): None
3. Information Technology nad Enterprise Technology Fund Budget
Mr. Carlson presented the assumptions and methodology used to construct this years FTE
budget. A review of the Information Technology Department and Enterprise Technology Fund
budget and history followed. Mr. Carlson articulated that operations may require a calendar
2023 purchase of certain pertitenant ETF items of approximately 430K, but the 2024
appropriation would be adjusted accordingly. Commisoners had no issues with this method.
Questions were sufficiently answered and commissioners voiced an informal consensus of “not
no” on the budgets as presented.
