SPECIAL MEETING 2024 LEGISLATIVE PRIORITIES COMMISSIONERS
Vice Chairman Wachsmith opened a Special meeting at 9:02 a.m. to meet
with Bill Clarke, County Lobbyist.
Bill Clarke, County Lobbyist, reviewed prior policy and potential issues
for the 2024 Legislative year. Mr. Clarke reviewed current Capital
Projects happening in the County, as well as new projects such as the
Easton School District playground/playfield. Mr. Clarke reviewed the
WSAC Policy staff recommendations. The Board discussed the mapping issue
for local traffic and detached ADU (accessory dwelling units) as
potential policy issues.
EXECUTIVE SESSION REAL ESTATE COMMISSIONERS
The Board determined an Executive Session was not needed. Bill Clarke,
County Lobbyist, gave an update on the TPL (Trust Public
Land)/Springwood Ranch acquisition.
The meeting concluded at 9:34 a.m.
