OCTOBER 18, 2023 <br /> <br />Board members present: Vice Chairman Brett Wachsmith; Commissioner <br />Laura Osiadacz <br /> <br />Others: Bill Clarke; Lobbyist/Special Deputy Prosecutor, Kate <br />Jimenez; Administrative Assistant <br /> <br />SPECIAL MEETING 2024 LEGISLATIVE PRIORITIES COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />Vice Chairman Wachsmith opened a Special meeting at 9:02 a.m. to meet <br />with Bill Clarke, County Lobbyist. <br /> <br />Bill Clarke, County Lobbyist, reviewed prior policy and potential issues <br />for the 2024 Legislative year. Mr. Clarke reviewed current Capital <br />Projects happening in the County, as well as new projects such as the <br />Easton School District playground/playfield. Mr. Clarke reviewed the <br />WSAC Policy staff recommendations. The Board discussed the mapping issue <br />for local traffic and detached ADU (accessory dwelling units) as <br />potential policy issues. <br /> <br />EXECUTIVE SESSION REAL ESTATE COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />The Board determined an Executive Session was not needed.
