AGENDA DATE: November 7, 2023
ACTION REQUESTED: Request to Approve and Execute a Resolution Specifying Funding for
the MOU between Superior Court and Merit Resources for 2024.
BACKGROUND: On August 16, 2023, the Superior Court entered into an MOU with
MERIT RESOURCES (copy uploaded). This Resolution specifies
funding for 2024 which is the same as funding for 2023.
INTERACTION: The Prosecutors office has reviewed and approved the proposed
Resolution.
RECOMMENDATION: Approve and Execute a Resolution Specifying Funding for the MOU
between Superior Court and Merit Resources.
