A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AMENDMENT OF TIJE2O23 LODING TAX
SERVICES AGREEMENT BETWEEN KITTITAS COUNTY AND KITTITAS VALLEY
EVENT CENTER
WHEREAS: Kittitas County and Kittitas Valley Event Center, entered a Lodging Tax
Services Agreement for 2023 Outdoor LED Lighting on September 5, 2023; and
WHEREAS: the County and Kittitas Valley Event Center desire to amend the terms of that
contract.
NOW' THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, The Kittitas County Board of Commissioners
authorizes execution of the attached contract amendment with the Kittitas Valley
Event Center all other terms and conditions of the September srh,2023,
agreement remain in full force and effect.

Between Kittitas County and the Kittitas Valley Event Center
Januarv 1. 2024- Januarv 15th. 2025
The Contract LT-SS-2023-001-KVEC between Kittitas Valley Event Center and Kittitas County is
hereby amended to update Section 2. "Payment" item c: to the following:
Section 2. Pavment
c. Services/Expenses that are reimbursed must be dated during the 24 (twenty-four) months (or
two-years) of the date of the Agreem ent (9/5/2023) and final date to submit reimbursements
requests is September Sth,2025.
Allotherterms and conditions of the agreement remain in fullforce and effect.
