A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AMENDMENT OF'TIJF.2O23 LODING TAX
SERVICES AGREEMENT BETWEEN KITTITAS COUNTY AND CITY OF'
ELLENSBURG
WHEREAS: Kittitas County and City of Ellensburg, entered a Lodging Tax Services
Agreement for Unity Park Shade Tents on September 5,2023; and
WHEREAS: the County and City of Ellensburg desire to amend the terms of that contract.
NOW' THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, The Kittitas County Board of Commissioners
authorizes execution of the attached contract amendment with the City of
Ellensburg, all other terms and conditions of the September 5th,2023, agreement
remain in full force and effect.

Amendment No.1 to Contract LT-SS-2023-002-Ellensburg-Unity-Park-Shade-Tents
Between Kittitas County and the City of Ellensburg
Januarv 1. 2024- Januarv 15th.2025
The Contract LT-SS-2023-002-Ellensburg-Unity-Park-Shade-Tents between City of Ellensburg
and Kittitas County is hereby amended to update Section 2. "Payment" item c: to the following:
Section 2. Pavment
c. Services/Expenses that are reimbursed must be dated during the24 (twenty-four) months (or
two-years) of the date of the Agreem ent (9/5/2023) and final date to submit reimbursements
requests is September 5th, 2025.
All other terms and conditions of the agreement remain in full force and effect
