KITTITAS COUNTY <br />Board of County Commissioners <br /> <br />AGENDA STAFF REPORT <br /> <br />AGENDA DATE: October 17, 2023 <br /> <br />ACTION REQUESTED: Request to Approve a Resolution to Cancel Claims Fund Warrants <br />and Remit to Department of Revenue – Unclaimed Property <br /> <br /> <br />BACKGROUND: Per R.C.W. 63.30 Unclaimed property must be reported by October <br />31st of each year.
