AGENDA DATE: October 17th, 2023
ACTION REQUESTED: Request to approve the contract between KCSO and KVH
Pharmacy.
BACKGROUND: The purpose of this contract is to allow KVH Pharmacy to receive
medication orders from KCSO providers and fill prescriptions in case of emergencies and
closures, unavailability of primary pharmacy, and inmates brought into the ER.
INTERACTION: The Kittitas County Prosecuting Attorney's Office has reviewed and
approved this amendment.
RECOMMENDATION: Request to approve the Professional Services Agreement
between Kittitas County and KVH Pharmacy
HANDLING: Please return 1 fully executed original to KCSO.
