A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AMENDMENT OF THE 2023 LODING TAX
SERVICES AGREEMENT BETWEEN KITTITAS COUNTY AND KITTITAS VALLEY
EVENT CENTER
WHEREAS: Kittitas County and Kittitas Valley Event Center, entered a Lodging Tax
Services Agreement for 2023 Outdoor LED Lighting on September 5, 2023; and
WHEREAS: the County and Kittitas Valley Event Center desire to amend the terms of that
contract.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, The Kittitas County Board of Commissioners
authorizes execution of the attached contract amendment with the Kittitas Valley
Event Center all other terms and conditions of the September 5th, 2023,
agreement remain in full force and effect.
