ACTION REQUESTED: Request to Approve a Resolution Authorizing Amendment of the
2023 Loding Tax Services Agreement Between Kittitas County and
Kittitas Valley Event Center
BACKGROUND: Contract Section 2. “Payment” needs to be updated to reflect the
proper terminology to comply with reimbursement submittal
guidelines for the project dates. There are no other changes to the
contract.
INTERACTION: Resolution and amendment drafted and reviewed by Prosecutor’s

RECOMMENDATION: Approve a Resolution Authorizing Amendment of the 2023 Loding
