A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AMENDMENT OF THE 2023 LODING TAX
SERVICES AGREEMENT BETWEEN KITTITAS COUNTY AND CITY OF
ELLENSBURG
WHEREAS: Kittitas County and City of Ellensburg, entered a Lodging Tax Services
Agreement for Unity Park Shade Tents on September 5, 2023; and
WHEREAS: the County and City of Ellensburg desire to amend the terms of that contract.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, The Kittitas County Board of Commissioners
authorizes execution of the attached contract amendment with the City of
Ellensburg, all other terms and conditions of the September 5th, 2023, agreement
remain in full force and effect.
