Amendment No.1 to Contract LT-SS-2023-002-Ellensburg-Unity-Park-Shade-Tents
Between Kittitas County and the City of Ellensburg
January 1, 2024- January 15th, 2025
The Contract LT-SS-2023-002-Ellensburg-Unity-Park-Shade-Tents between City of Ellensburg
and Kittitas County is hereby amended to update Section 2. “Payment” item c: to the following:
Section 2. Payment
c. Services/Expenses that are reimbursed must be dated during the 24 (twenty-four) months (or
two-years) of the date of the Agreement (9/5/2023) and final date to submit reimbursements
requests is September 5th, 2025.
All other terms and conditions of the agreement remain in full force and effect.
