6 <br />KITTITAS COLTNTY COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT SERVICES <br />411 N Ruby St., Suite 2, Ellensburg, WA 98926 <br />cDS@CO.KTTTITAS.wA.US <br />office (509) 962-7506 <br />"Building Partnerships - Building Communities" <br />BOCC AGENDA SESSION <br />STAFF REPORT <br />AGENDA DATE: October 3,2023 <br />ACTION REQUESTED: BOCC Signature of mylar granting final approval for the KZ Freehold Long Plat <br />(LPF-23 -000 0 5 & LL-21 -00002). <br />BACKGROUND:The KZ Freehold Large Lot Plat was approved administratively on May 12,2022 <br />with findings of Fact and conclusions of law as required by KCC 16.36 and KCC <br />1 6. 1 2. The plat covers approximately 162 .41 acres accessed via Wilson Creek Road. <br />The applicant submitted the final plat application on August 4,2023, requesting final <br />mylar approval for lhe KZ Freehold Large Lot Plat. This Plat creates seven (7) 20 <br />acre lots and one (l) 24 acre lot with access via a private road off Wilson Creek <br />Road. Staff reviewed the final mylar with supporting documentation and finds that <br />it is consistent with the preliminary approval documents. The mylar has been <br />reviewed by all reviewing departments, and all signatures have been obtained. <br />INTERACTION:Board of commissioners, community Development Services, Public works, public <br />Health, and Assessor's Office. <br />RECOMMENDATION: Signature of the BOCC Chair on the mylar for final plat approval of the KZ Freehold <br />Large Lot Plat (LPF-23-00005 &LL-21-00002). <br />HANDLING Return signed mylar to staff for transmittal to authorized agent for Treasurer <br />signature and recording. <br />ATTACHMENTS: Finalmylar forKZFreehold(LPF-23-00005 &LP-21-00002) <br />LEAD STAFF: Jamey Ayling, Planning Manager <br />COMMTINITY PLANNING.
