Once the premises that are contracted are vacated by the exposed/positive individual cleaning services provided by 509 cleaning are utilized to sanitize the housing unit to prepare for the next tenant.o Amendment 2 increases the cleaning hourly wage to 530.00, as well as the corresponding overtime rates. County") and 509 Facility Services (hereinafter "Contractor,,) executed on 1211412020 that is attached hereto and hereby incorporated by this reference. Section 12 of that Agreement allows for modifications that are written and are mutually agreed to by both parties. The County and Contractor agree to the following amendments: The compensation for cleaning services shall be increased to $30.00 per hour. The compensation for overtime rate shall be paid as follows: overtime labor at $+b.OO per hour(1.5x) and holiday labor at $00.00 per hour (2x).
