cross valley National Training center agrees to provide access to the training sitelocated at2466t Vantage Highway, illensburg, WA 9g9r6.3. Terms:
a. One year from the date of signature
b. one gate code rl for the Agency Lock (currentry the BLUI rock).c. 1 O number of users at Sg0 each
i. The number of users is only updated once a year.ii' we recognize that users may increase or decrease throughout the year.iti. we wiil not refund or charge for added or subtracted users, rnid_

d' Kittitas countv Sheriff's office will set the user access rules and be responsiblefor their members while using the training site,e' Kittitas countv 5heriff's office or their users will not engage in the comrnercial
use of the training site whire accessing the site using this agreement.f. Kittitas countv sheriffls office wiil not subrease their agreement.I' Kittitas countv sheriffs office can bring outside ,gun.L, or instructors onto thesite t0 train even if other agencies must pay to participate or others must pay toattend.
Kittitas Coqntv Sheriffs Office is responsible;
a' For its own insurance and assumes liability in accordance with applicable laws.b. Clean-up of trash and iterns brought to the training site.c. Providing an RSO with a safety ptan for each use^
Access
d' Kittitas countv sheriffs office wifi have 24-hour, 7-day week acc€ss.b' Kittitas countv Sheriff s office will be responsible for scheduling their time andtraining site,s a minimum af 24 hours in advance,c' Kittitas countv Sheriffs office will have access to a calendar showing scheduledevents, including theirs.
d. Last-minute training will be on a first.corne, first_service basis.Future agreements
a' The cost per may increase, and the space avairabre may change with futureagreements.

a. A' Funds may onry be exchanged once permittinc is in prace.b' The training area is free for use under the conditions above, and the I year will
start once the permit is in place and payments have been made.
8. Termination Clause;
Either party may terminate this agreement by giving the other party at least ninety {90) daysadvance written notice. lf this agreement is so terminated, the terminating party shall be liable onlyfor performance in accordance with the terms of this Agreement for performance rendered prior tothe effective date of termination.
