I apologize but because of our mandatory telework, your Title Vl documents did not get sent into HQ OEO for
review and signature until 5/24 when I was in the office checking for other correspondence.
I checked with Brooke Leslie, our Title Vl compliance specialist and she said that she will need to work with you on
some required updates and additional documentation, but hadn't gotten to work on your document due to her
workload with other completed plans.
You should hear from her shortly since you're next on her list, regarding what changes will need to be made.
With WSDOT still in a mandatory telework situation, electronic documents are preferred (scanned with a color
signature), but if you notify me that a hardcopy has been sent then it could help alleviate future delays.
