ACTION REQUESTED:
The Board of County Commissioners approves the signature of the Public Health Administrator
on the Consolidated Contract Amendment 13. (Effective date: 01/01/2018-12/31/2020)
BACKGROUND
The Consolidated Contract is the vehicle used by the Washington State Department of Health to
channel state authorized funding for programs and services to the Kittitas County Public Health
Department. The amendment amends the following:
Amends Statements of Work for the following programs:
Division of Emergency Preparedness & Response – COVID-19 – Effective January 20, 2020
Exhibit B-13 Allocations, attached and incorporated by this reference, amends and replaces
Exhibit B-12 Allocations as follows:
Increase of $150,000.00 for a revised maximum consideration of $783,015.00
INTERACTION:
Kittitas County Prosecutor’s Office: Reviewed and approved on April 30, 2020.
Kittitas County Auditor’s Office: Reviewed and approved on May 3, 2020.
RECOMMENDATION:
The Board of County Commissioners approves the signature of the Public Health Administrator
on the Consolidated Contract Amendment 10. (Effective date: 01/01/2018-12/31/2020)
