ACTION REQUESTED: Request to approve acceptance of the BJA FY23 COSSUP
Grant for $797,044.00
BACKGROUND: The purpose of this grant is to fund a project that will serve those
incarcerated in Kittitas County Jail that will expand and enhance evidence -based
medication for opioid use disorder, as well as recovery support services within the
Kittitas County Jail.
INTERACTION: The Kittitas County Prosecuting Attorney's Office has reviewed and
approved this amendment.
RECOMMENDATION: Request to approve acceptance of the grant, and to authorize
Lieutenant Buntin to accept the reward on behalf of Kittitas County.
HANDLING: No handling.
