ACTION REQUESTED: Request to Acknowledge Modification P00009 between the
Bureau of Land Management and the Kittitas County Sheriff's Office to extend the
period of performance from 05/01/2023 through 04/30/2024 to 05/01/2024 to
04/30/2025.
BACKGROUND: This Modification P00009 with Bureau of Land Management is to
exercise Option Period (4) and extend the period of performance for one year from
05/01/2023 to 04/30/2024 to 05/01/2024 through 04/30/2025. Increased in the amount of
$25,000.00. As a result of this modification the value of this purchase order is increased
by $25,000; from $101,899.00 to $126,899.00.
INTERACTION: The Kittitas County Prosecuting Attorney's Office has reviewed and
approved.
RECOMMENDATION: Request to Acknowledge Modification P00009 between the
Bureau of Land Management and the Kittitas County Sheriff's Office to extend the
period of performance from 05/01/2023 through 04/30/2024 to 05/01/2024 to
04/30/2025.
