SEPTEMBER 19, 2023 <br /> <br />Board members present: Chairman Cory Wright, Vice-Chairman Brett <br />Wachsmith, and Commissioner Laura Osiadacz. <br /> <br />Others: Julie Kjorsvik, Clerk of the Board; Mandy Buchholz, Office <br />Administrator; Kate Jimenez, Administrative Assistant, Joshua <br />Fredrickson, County Engineer, Mark Cook, Public Work/CDS Director; <br />Jeanne Killgore, HR Director; Chris Whitsett, Inspector; Stephanie <br />Hartung, Chief Civil Deputy; Jesse Eldred, Deputy Prosecutor II; Brian <br />Carlson, Finance Director; Zane Kinney, Assistant IT Director; Ed <br />Bunton, Jail Lieutenant; Jeff Barnsley, Jail Lieutenant; Joe Poire, <br />Broadband Consultant (via WebEx); Kate Sander, HopeSource. <br /> <br />CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />Chairman Wright called the meeting to order at 10:00 A.M <br /> <br />PLEDGE OF ALLEGIENCE <br /> <br />Chairman Wright led the Pledge of Allegiance. <br /> <br />INTRODUCTION OF NEW COUNTY EMPLOYEES – <br /> <br />Chief Civil Deputy, Stephanie Hartung introduced Jesse Eldred, Deputy <br />Prosecutor II, who joined the Prosecutor’s Office in August 2022. <br /> <br />PROCLAMATIONS - NONE <br /> <br />AWARDS & RECOGNITIONS - NONE <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br /> <br />Vice-Chairman Wachsmith moved to approve the Agenda, as presented. <br />Chairman Wright seconded. Motion carried 3-0. <br /> <br />CONSENT AGENDA <br /> <br />At the conclusion of reviewing each item Vice-Chairman Wachsmith moved <br />to approve the Consent Agenda, as presented. Commissioner Osiadacz <br />seconded. Motion carried 3-0. <br />
