SEPTEMBER 14, 2023 <br /> <br />Board members present: Chairman Cory Wright, Vice Chairman Brett <br />Wachsmith. Webex - Commissioner Laura Osiadacz. <br /> <br />Others: Mandy Buchholz, Office Administrator; Mark Cook, Public <br />Works/CDS Director. <br /> <br />SPECIAL MEETING EXECUTIVE SESSION COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />At 8:00 a.m. Chairman Wright announced the Board would recess into <br />an Executive Session with Director Cook, under RCW 42.30.110 (b) To <br />consider the selection of a site or the acquisition of real estate <br />by lease or purchase when public knowledge regarding such <br />consideration would cause a likelihood of increased price, for 30 <br />minutes. Action was anticipated. <br /> <br />At 8:30 a.m. the Board reconvened out of Executive Session. No <br />action taken. <br /> <br />At 8:30 a.m. Chairman Wright announced the Board would recess back <br />into Executive Session under RCW 42.30.110 (b) To consider the <br />selection of a site or the acquisition of real estate by lease or <br />purchase when public knowledge regarding such consideration would <br />cause a likelihood of increased price, for 10 minutes. Action was <br />anticipated. <br /> <br />At 8:40 a.m. the Board reconvened out of Executive Session. <br /> <br />Chairman Wright moved to direct Staff to tentatively set up a time <br />for the Board to have a meeting/press conference towards the end of <br />September. Commissioner Osiadacz seconded.
