PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT AMENDMENT 1
This contract amendment modifies the agreement between Kittitas County
(hereinafter "the County") and Compass (hereinafter "Contractor"). The County and
Contractor agree as follows:
Program Activity Level and Payment Rate Schedule updates made to Exhibit
E.
All other terms and conditions of the agreement remain unchanged.
