BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />COUNTY OF KITTITAS <br />STATE OF WASHINGTON <br />RESOLUTION <br />NO.2019 / 9 <br />RESOLUTION TO APPROVE LEASE AGREEMENT WITH CANON SOLUTIONS AMERICA <br />WHEREAS, the Kittitas County Prosecutor has received an opportunity to upgrade a copy machine in <br />its office with Canon Solutions America, while also saving the County approximately <br />$57.00 per month; and <br />WHEREAS, the lease is a 60 month lease that will provide a new machine and will improve <br />efficiencies and processes within the Civil Division of the Prosecutor's Office; and <br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners can authorize and ratify Prosecutor Gregory L. <br />Zempel's signature on the lease between his office and Canon Solutions America. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of County Commissioners of Kittitas County, <br />Washington, hereby ratifies Gregory L.
