AGENDA DATE: September 19, 2023
ACTION REQUESTED: Request to Acknowledge a contract between Kittitas County
and AXON Enterprise, Inc for Vehicle -Based Video Evidence Systems.
BACKGROUND: 37.5161-month contract for (4) vehicle -based video evidence systems
which will work in concert with our body cameras from the same company. The term of
this contract is such that it will be eligible for renewal at the same time as our other
contracts for the same equipment.
INTERACTION: The Kittitas County Prosecuting Attorney's Office has reviewed and
approved this contract.
RECOMMENDATION: Acknowledge a contract between Kittitas County and AXON
Enterprise, Inc for Vehicle -Based Video Evidence Systems.
