AGENDA STAFF REPORT
AGENDA DATE: September 19, 2023
ACTION REQUESTED: Request to Approve a Resolution Authorizing Execution of a
License Between the Department of the Army, Yakima Training Center Military
Installation, and between Yakima County and Kittitas County.
BACKGROUND: The Secretary of the Army or duly authorized representative of the
Secretary hereby grants Kittitas County Sheriff's Office a non-exclusive license for use
of lands at the Yakima Training Center Military Reservation for law enforcement training
as described in the license document.
INTERACTION: This agreement was reviewed and approved by the Kittitas County
Prosecutor's Office.
RECOMMENDATION: Approve a Resolution Authorizing Execution of a License
Between the Department of the Army, Yakima Training Center Military Installation, and
between Yakima County and Kittitas County.
HANDLING: Please return 1 fully executed copy to KCSO.
