AGENDA DATE: September 19, 2023
ACTION REQUESTED: Request to Acknowledge FFY20 HSGP (SHSP) Homeland
Security Grant Program Agreement #E24-059.
BACKGROUND: The purpose of the Federal Fiscal Year (FFY) 2020 Homeland
Security Grant Program (20HSGP) is to support state, local, tribal, and territorial efforts
to prevent terrorism and other catastrophic events and to prepare the Nation for threats
and hazards that pose the greatest risk to the security of the United States. The agreement
has been reissued for the remaining funds not expended during the original grant period
in accordance with the approved Work Plan.
INTERACTION: The Kittitas County Prosecutor's Office has reviewed and approved
the Agreement.
RECOMMENDATION: Acknowledge FFY20 HSGP (SHSP) Homeland Security
Grant Program Agreement #E24-059.
HANDLING: No handling.
