AGENDA DATE: September 19, 2023
ACTION REQUESTED: Approve Subrecipient Agreement between Kittitas County
and HopeSource for CDBG Public Service Funds,
Agreement #2023-2024 CDBG-SR.
BACKGROUND: The proposed Agreement is between Kittitas County and
HopeSource in the amount of $77,500.00 for the
Community Development Block Grant – Public Services
Funds for the period beginning July 1, 2023 through June
30, 2024. This is in relation to Contract #22-62210-008
Amendment A between the Department of Commerce and
Kittitas County, which was approved on June 20, 2023.
HopeSource is to provide services to low-and moderate-
income persons in Kittitas County.
INTERACTION: The Agreement has been reviewed by the Prosecutors
office and the Auditor’s office.
RECOMMENDATION: Approve Subrecipient Agreement between Kittitas County
and HopeSource for CDBG Public Service Funds,
Agreement #2023-2024 CDBG-SR.
