A RESOLUTION ADOPTING THE DISTRIBUTION OF THE 2023 TOURISM-
RELATED, SMALL-SCALE MUNICIPALITY-OWNED CAPITAL PROJECTS GRANT
FUNDS
WHEREAS: Kittitas County entered into a Services Agreement, effective January 1, 2023, with
the Heritage Club Roslyn Ronald Cle Elum (“Contractor”), for the Cultural
Tourism Outreach (“Event”); and
WHEREAS: The County and Contractor desire to modify Exhibit “A”, Event Dates, by
Amendment No. 1, to include October 2, 2023, to their schedule of events.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: That Kittitas County Board of Commissioners, in
the best interest of the public, does hereby authorize Amendment No. 1 to the LT-
2023-010-Heritage Club Roslyn Ronald Cle Elum Service Agreement to include
October 2, 2023.
