Amendment No.1 to Contract LT-2023-010-Heritage Club Roslyn Ronald Cle Elum
Between the Heritage Club Roslyn Ronald Cle Elum and Kittitas County
January 1, 2023- December 31st, 2023
The Contract LT-2023-010-Heritage Club Roslyn Ronald Cle Elum between Heritage Club Roslyn
Ronald Cle Elum and Kittitas County is hereby amended to update Exhibit A, “Event Dates” to
add the following:
October 2, 2023, for a visit from Croatian Ambassador to the US, Pjer Simunovic, the General
Consul from Los Angeles, Renee Pea, and the Honorary Consul of Croatia Seattle, Frank
Brozovich, to tour Roslyn's Historic Cemeteries. A program open to the public will be held at
the Roslyn Cemetery Kiosk prior to their tour that day.
f. Contractor is eligible to claim reimbursement for the following items and amounts only:
• Print Advertising
• Television/Radio Advertising
• Digital Marketing/Online Advertising
• Direct Mail
• Print Materials (Flyers/Posters/Programs/Brochures)
• Signage
• Talent Fees/Speakers
• Equipment Rentals
• Operational Reimbursement
All other terms and conditions of the agreement remain in full force and effect.
