BUDGET MEETING MINUTES
BOCC CONFERENCE ROOM, 205 WEST 5TH ROOM 108 - ELLENSBURG
SPECIAL MEETING

Board members present: Laura Osiadacz, Cory Wright, Brett Wachsmith
Others: Brian Calrson, Director Mark Cook, Airport Director David Ohl
1. Call to order: 1:30PM
2. Citizen Comments (1 min. time limit): None
3. Other business:
Director Mark Cook is seeking board approval for the City of Kittitas to authorize Thirtynine
thousand, five hunded dollars for the new Resevoir site. Asking for authorization. Purchase sales
agreements will be available on Monday. Commissioner Osiadacz and Commissioner
Wachsmith are in favor of this transaction.No formal motion
4. Airport Fund
Mr. Carlson reviewed the Airport budget, which reflects $3MM of pending grant-funded projects
in 2023. He clarified how the fund is subsidized by General Fund, and offered this as one of
several metrics to quantify airport operations for BOCC oversight.
