BUDGET MEETING MINUTES
BOCC CONFERENCE ROOM, 205 WEST 5TH ROOM 108 - ELLENSBURG

Others: Brian Calrson, Director Dan Carlson & Jessica Miller, Julie Kjorsvik

3. Community Development Budget:
Mr. Carlson provided a summary of revenue and expense drivers, net income and subsidies,
and accumulated fund balance. The department requests on new FTE Biologist position, with a
$160K first-year cost, and approximately a $110K annual cost ongoing ,based on an $80K
salary. Mr. Carlson also discussed revisions to the presented figures for increased office rent,
contracts, and interest revenue.
