BUDGET MEETING MINUTES

3. Prosecutors Office 2023 Budget Review and Agenda
Mr. Carlson provided a summary of the office’s revenue and expense history, noting that the
office is requesting a COLA to help mitigate high turnover, and is also requesting an additional
FTE office worker. Mr. Carlson discussed possible funding sources for the request, including
personel vacancy savings, and 3/10th Fund annual surplus and accumulated fund balance.
