ACTION REQUESTED:
Request Board signature on a Professional Service Agreement with KNIT Architectural.
BACKGROUND:
Kittitas County Maintenance Department went out for RFQ for Architectural Services to assist with project
in the Jail and other county buildings. The Maintenance Department received two proposals.
Interviews were conducted and it was determined that KNIT Architectural was the most qualified firm for
the anticipated projects.
INTERACTION:
KNIT and the Prosecutors office.
RECOMMENDATION:
Recommend Boards signature on the Professional Service Agreement with KNIT.
HANDLING:
Return a signed copy.
