ACTION REQUESTED:
Request Boards Signature on a Professional Service Agreement with J.M. Pacific Construction Inc.
BACKGROUND:
On August 21, 2023 Kittitas County received bids for the Upper District Court Parking lot project. At that
time the County received three bids for the project.
The bids were reviewed by the County's on call engineering firm SCJ Alliance and it was determined that
J.M. Pacific Construction Inc. was the lowest responsive bidder. In addition the County staff did it's due
diligence and confirmed that the contractor was in good standing with the State L&I and a current
Contractor License.
INTERACTION:
Architect and Prosecutors office
RECOMMENDATION:
Recommend Board approval on the Professional Service Agreement.
HANDLING:
Return signed copy.
