RESOLUTION NO. 2023- ____
RESOLUTION TO AWARD BID
WHEREAS: Kittitas County went out to bid on August 1, 2023 for the Upper
Courthouse parking lot project; and
WHEREAS: Kittitas County received bids on August 21, 2023, in the commissioner’s
office and we received three bids; and
WHEREAS: Kittitas County forwarded the Bid tabulation to the SCJ Alliance, the
counties on call engineer who designed the project, to review and;
WHEREAS: SCJ Alliance has reviewed and recommends awarding to the low bidder
J.M. Pacific Construction, Inc. and
WHEREAS: Kittitas County has confirmed that the low bidder in as licensed contractor
with the Department of Labor and Industries and;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: the Board of County Commissioners, in
the best interest of the public, hereby awards the bid for the Kittitas County Upper
Courthouse Parking Lot to J.M. Pacific Construction Inc.
