ACTION REQUESTED:
Request Boards approval of Resolution to award bid for the Upper County Court Parking lot project.
BACKGROUND:
The Upper District Court parking lot is in need of repairs and maintenance. The Maintenance Department
worked with our On Call engineering firm to develop a design to make the needed repairs and add a flag
pole to the building.
The County went out to bid on August 1, 2023 and received bids on August 21, 2023. At that time the
County received three bids on the project. The bid tabulation was reviewed by SCJ Alliance our on call
engineering firm and it was determine to be in the best interest of the county to award the bid to J.M. Pacific
the low bid for the project.
INTERACTION:
SJC Alliance, and Prosecutors office.
RECOMMENDATION:
Recommend the Board of County Commissioners approve the Resolution to award the bid for the Upper
County Court Parking lot project.
HANDLING:
Return a signed copy.
