2023 AGENDA STAFF REPORT
AGENDA DATE: September 5, 2023
ACTION REQUESTED: Request to schedule a Public Hearing for September 19,
2023, at 2:00 pm local time to consider a Road Vacation
request for vacating a portion of I" Street public right-of-
way in Easton.
BACKGROUND: Public Works received a road vacation application to vacate
a portion of Is' Street public right of way in Easton. A
public hearing is required by County code considering the
merits of the vacation request. At the public hearing, the
County Engineer will provide the Board with an Engineer's
Report addressing the vacation request pursuant to County
Code and State law.
INTERACTION: Public Works.
RECOMMENDATION: Schedule a public hearing for September 19, 2023, at 2:00
PM local time hearing the vacation request vacating a
portion of I" Street public right-of-way in Easton.
HANDLING: Return one Notice of Public Hearing to Public Works.

Auditorium, 205 West 5th Avenue, Room 109, Kittitas County Courthouse, Ellensburg, WA to consider a Road Vacation
request for Vacating a Portion of lst Street Public Right -of Way in Easton.
