CORRECTING A SCRIVENER'S ERROR ON RESOLUTION 2023.070 ADOPTING AN
EQUIPMENT RENTAL AND REVOLVING FUND POLICY FOR USE IN FUND
NUMBER 501
WHEREAS: Kittitas County Resolution 2023-070 Adopted an Equipment Rental and
Revolving Fund Policy for Use in Fund Number 501; and
WHEREAS: After Resolution 2023-070 was approved an elror was discovered in the
identification of the Fund Number (105); and
WHEREAS: This Resolution is intended to correct the scrivener's error in Resoluti on2023-
070 to reflect the correct Fund Number as Fund Number 50r; and
NOW' THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of County Commissioners, in the
best interest of the public, does hereby approve this Resolution correcting the scrivener's error in
Resolution 2023-070 Adopting an Equipment Rental and Revolving Fund Policy for Use in Fund
Number 501.
