A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AMENDMENT OF THE DECEMBER 20,2022
YOUTH SPORTS SCHOLARSHIP PROG RAM CONTRACT WITH HOPESOURCE
WHEREAS' Kittitas County and HopeSource, a 501(c)(3) private non-profit organization,
entered into a contact for a youth sports scholarship program on Decemb er 20,
2022; and
WHERBAS' the County and HopeSource desire to amend the terms and budget of that
contract.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, The BOCC Chairman is authorized to execute the
attached contract amendment with the Hopesource, all other terms and
conditions of the December 20,2022 agreement remain in full force and effect.
