BOARD OF' COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />COUNTY OF KITTITAS <br />STATE OF WASHINGTON <br />tmRESOLUTION NO. 2023 . <br />AUTHORIZING THE SELECTION OF' INTEGRATND SOLUTIONS CONSULTING <br />FOR THE UPDATE OF THE 2019 KITTITAS COUNTY HAZARD MITIGATION PLAI\ <br />AND AUTHORIZE THE PUBLIC WORI(S WATER RESOTIRCE MANAGER TO <br />NEGOTIATE AND EXECUTE A PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT FOR <br />SAID PROJECT <br />WHEREAS: Kittitas County Public Works advertised a Request for Statement of <br />Qualifications to update the 2019 Kittitas County Hazard Mitigation Plan; and <br />WHEREAS: Submittals were due on June 9, 2023; and <br />WHEREAS: Kittitas County Public Works received three (3) submittals from qualified firms <br />who submitted their qualifications for review; and <br />WHEREAS: Kittitas County Public Works reviewed the submittals, conducted interviews, and <br />recommends Integrated Solutions Consulting to be the selected firm for said <br />services. <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of County Commissioners, in the best <br />interest of the public, does hereby select Integrated Solutions Consulting for the <br />Update of the 2019 Kittitas County Hazard Mitigation Plan and authorizes the <br />Public Works Water Resource Manager to Negotiate and Execute a Professional <br />Services Agreement for said project. <br />DATED on this lst day of August 2023, at Ellensburg, Washington. <br />BOARD OF COTINTY <br />COMMISSIONERS <br />KITTITAS COLINTY, WASHINGTON <br />ABSENT <br />Cory Wright, <br />Julie Kjorsvik <br />n Deputy Clerk of the Board- Mandy Buchholz <br />Laura Osiadacz, Commissioner
