CORRECTING A SCRIVENER'S ERROR ON RESOLUTION 2023.116
AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF AN INTERLOCAL AGREEMENT BETWEEN
KITTITAS COUNTY AND KITTITAS COT]NTY CONSERVATION DISTRICT FOR
IMPLEMENTATION OF' THE VOLUNTARY STEWARDSHIP PROGRAM
WHEREAS: Kittitas County Resolution 2023-116 authorized the execution of an Interlocal
Agreement between Kittitas County and Kittitas County Conservation District for
Implementation of the Voluntary Stewardship Program; and
WHEREAS: After Resolution 2023-116 was approved an error in the title of said Resolution was
discovered; and
WHEREAS: Said Action was to Authorize the Execution of a Contract between Kittitas County
and the Washington State Conservation Commission for the Implementation of the
Voluntary Stewardship Program; and
WHEREAS: This Resolution is intended to correct the scrivener's error in Resolution2023-Il6
to reflect the correct title and action for the Implementation of the Voluntary
Stewardship Program;
NOW' THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Board of County Commissioners, in the
best interest of the public, does hereby approve this Resolution correcting the scrivener's error in
Resolution 2023-116.
