AGENDA DATE: August 15, 2023
ACTION REQUESTED: Request to Acknowledge the 3`d Modification of the
Professional Services Agreement between Kittitas County and Ellensburg Family
Medicine d/b/a CompassDirect Healthcare.
BACKGROUND: The purpose of this acknowledgement is to allow CompassDirect
Healthcare to purchase medical supplies, and equipment as needed. They will invoice
The County to be reimbursed in full.
INTERACTION: The Kittitas County Prosecuting Attorney's Office has reviewed and
approved this modification.
RECOMMENDATION: Acknowledge the 3rd Modification of the Professional
Services Agreement between Kittitas County and Ellensburg Family Medicine d/b/a
CompassDirect Healthcare.
HANDLING: Please return 1 partially executed original to KCSO. KCSO will provide a
fully executed agreement to the BOCC upon signature by CompassDirect.
