CROSS VALLEY NATIONAL TRAINING CENTER
One-year agreement
1. This agreement is between Archimedes Machining Inc., 24661 Vantage Highway
Ellensburg, WA 98926, also known as Cross Valley National Training Center, AND
Kittitas Countv Sheriff's Office located in Kittitas County, WA.
2. Cross Valley National Training Center agrees to provide access to the training site
located at 24661 Vantage Highway, Ellensburg, WA 98926.
3. Terms:
a. One year from the date of signature
b. One gate code __jjW for the Agency Lock (Currently the BLUE lock).
C. D number of users at $80 each
i. The number of users is only updated once a year.
ii. We recognize that users may increase or decrease throughout the year.
iii. We will not refund or charge for added or subtracted users' mid -
agreement.
d. Kittitas County Sheriff's Office will set the user access rules and be responsible
for their members while using the training site.
e. Kittitas County Sheriff's Office or their users will not engage in the commercial
use of the training site while accessing the site using this agreement.
f. Kittitas County Sheriff's Office will not sublease their agreement.
g. Kittitas County Sheriff's Office can bring outside agencies or instructors onto the
site to train even if other agencies must pay to participate or others must pay to

4. Kittitas County Sheriff's Office is responsible: voir
a. For its own insurance and assumes liability in accordance with applicable laws.
b. Clean-up of trash and items brought to the training site.
c. Providing an RSO with a safety plan for each use.
5. Access
a. Kittitas County Sheriffs Office will have 24-hour, 7-day week access.
b. Kittitas County Sheriffs Office will be responsible for scheduling their time and
training site's a minimum of 24 hours in advance.
c. Kittitas County Sheriffs Office will have access to a calendar showing scheduled
events, including theirs.
d. Last-minute training will be on a first -come, first -service basis.
6. Future agreements
a. The cost per may increase, and the space available may change with future
agreements.

b. Our vision is to dedicate a portion of this training site to government agencies.
So, they may come and go as needed and work out a schedule among
themselves. Then provide access to the remainder of the site by reservation.
7. 2023 agreement special circumstances
a. A. Funds may only be exchanged once permitting is in place.
b. The training area is free for use under the conditions above, and the 1 year will
start once the permit is in place and payments have been made.
8. Termination Clause:
Either party may terminate this agreement by giving the other party at least ninety (90) days
advance written notice. If this agreement is so terminated, the terminating party shall be liable only
for performance in accordance with the terms of this Agreement for performance rendered prior to
the effective date of termination.
