AGENDA DATE: August 15, 2023
ACTION REQUESTED: BOCC Signature of mylar granting final approval for the Black Horse at Whiskey
Creek Phase 2 Plat (LPF-23-00004 & LP-06-00022).
BACKGROUND: The Phase 2 Preliminary Plat was approved on February 6, 2007 through Resolution
No. 2007-06. The plat covers approximately 22 acres accessed via Bowers Road.
The applicant submitted the final plat application on June 23, 2023, requesting final
mylar approval for the Black Horse at Whiskey Creek Ph. 2 Plat. This Plat creates
135 detached residential lots with associated roadways and service tracts. The
proposed lots range in size from 3,010 to 6,040 square feet. Staff reviewed the final
mylar with supporting documentation and finds that it is consistent with the
preliminary approval documents. The mylar has been reviewed by all reviewing
departments, and all signatures have been obtained.
INTERACTION: Board of Commissioners, Community Development Services, Public Works, Public
Health, and Assessor’s Office.
RECOMMENDATION: Signature of the BOCC Chair on the mylar for final plat approval of the Black Horse
at Whiskey Creek Ph. 2 Plat (LPF-23-00004 & LP-06-00022).
HANDLING: Return signed mylar to staff for transmittal to authorized agent for Treasurer
signature and recording.
