Ruby St., Suite 2, Ellensburg, WA 98926 <br />CDS@CO.KITTITAS.WA.US <br />Office (509) 962-7506 <br /> <br /> <br />“Building Partnerships – Building Communities” <br /> <br />BOCC AGENDA SESSION <br />STAFF REPORT <br /> <br /> <br />AGENDA DATE: August 15, 2023 <br /> <br />ACTION REQUESTED: BOCC Signature of mylar granting final approval for the Black Horse at Whiskey <br />Creek Phase 2 Plat (LPF-23-00004 & LP-06-00022). <br /> <br /> <br />BACKGROUND: The Phase 2 Preliminary Plat was approved on February 6, 2007 through Resolution <br />No. 2007-06. The plat covers approximately 22 acres accessed via Bowers Road. <br /> <br /> The applicant submitted the final plat application on June 23, 2023, requesting final <br />mylar approval for the Black Horse at Whiskey Creek Ph. 2 Plat. This Plat creates <br />135 detached residential lots with associated roadways and service tracts. The <br />proposed lots range in size from 3,010 to 6,040 square feet. Staff reviewed the final <br />mylar with supporting documentation and finds that it is consistent with the <br />preliminary approval documents. The mylar has been reviewed by all reviewing <br />departments, and all signatures have been obtained. <br /> <br />INTERACTION: Board of Commissioners, Community Development Services, Public Works, Public <br />Health, and Assessor’s Office. <br /> <br />RECOMMENDATION: Signature of the BOCC Chair on the mylar for final plat approval of the Black Horse <br />at Whiskey Creek Ph. 2 Plat (LPF-23-00004 & LP-06-00022). <br /> <br />HANDLING: Return signed mylar to staff for transmittal to authorized agent for Treasurer <br />signature and recording. <br /> <br />ATTACHMENTS: Final mylar for Black Horse at Whiskey Creek Ph. 2 Plat (LPF-23-00004 & LP-06- <br />00022) <br /> <br />LEAD STAFF: Jamey Ayling, Planning Manager
