Hey lady,
Yes i would reprocess. My suggestion would be put it on the next agenda for them as an amended contract after our pA
blesses it of course (or whenever the next agenda is after her review). Also double check with her, but i would say it
should just be a very clear staff report explaining the amendments and that this one replaces the prior.

were changes that were recommended back to us. Chelsey would like to make changes and reprocess
the contract. I assume we need to take some action to remove/replace that contract? lt was the pSA
