ACTION REQUESTED:
The Board of County Commissioners approves the signature of the Kittitas County Public Health Director on the State of Washington Department of Ecology. (Effective dates: 07.01.2023-06.30.2025)
BACKGROUND:
The agreement between Washington State Department of Ecology and KCPHD to enforce state and local solid waste regulations and to provide education and outreach to prevent solid was violations.

Kittitas County Auditors: Reviewed and approved on July 18, 2023
RECOMMENDATION:
The Board of County Commissioners approves the signature of the Kittitas County Public Health Director on the State of Washington Department of Ecology. (Effective dates: 07.01.2023-06.30.2025)
