Request to set a Public Hearing for August 15,
2023, at 2:00 pm to consider a speed increase on
Wilson Creek Road between Judge Ronald Road
and Game Farm Road and amend Kittitas County
Code Chapter 10.08 Speed Limits on County
Roads.
BACKGROUND: Kittitas County Department of Public Works
received a request from a resident to conduct a
speed study and consider an increase of the posted
35 MPH speed on Wilson Creek Road between
Judge Ronald Road and Game Farm Road
(milepoint 0.50 to 1.01). The speed study was
conducted, and Public Works is now requesting to
set a Public Hearing to receive public testimony and
discuss the results of said study.
INTERACTION: Public Works
RECOMMENDATION: Set a Public Hearing for August 15, 2023, at 2:00
pm to consider a speed increase on Wilson Creek
Road from milepoint 0.50 to milepoint 1.01 and
amend Kittitas County Code Chapter 10.08 Speed
Limits on County Roads.
HANDLING: Return one Notice of Public Hearing to Public
Works

Creek Road between Judge Ronald Road and Game Farm Road and Amend Kittitas County Code Chapter 10.08 Speed
Limits on County Roads.
