ACTION REQUESTED:
Request to Approve a Resolution Approving the Bylaws for the 1/10th
of 1% Mental Health and Chemical Dependency Tax Advisory Board
BACKGROUND:
On June 29, 2023, the 1/10th of 1% Mental Health and Chemical
Dependency Tax Advisory Board approved and adopted their new
bylaws.
INTERACTION:
The Prosecutor’s Office reviewed the document after the 1/10th of 1%
Board approved and adopted it, but there was nothing that legally had
to be changed.
RECOMMENDATION:
Approve a Resolution Approving the Bylaws for the 1/10th of 1%
Mental Health and Chemical Dependency Tax Advisory Board
